( hotel / apartement )
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman di developer dan Construction Manajemen
- Bisa AUTOCAD, Project Acces, Struktural Engineering, menangani tender dan budgeting.
- Dapat mengatur , memimpin, memotivasi dan bertanggung jawab terhadap anak buah.
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif, lisan dan tulisan.
- Dapat dan mengerti bahasa Mandarin.

Salary: About Rp. 15,000,000,- / month (net) ++

Requirements:

Must has working experience in reputable Oil & Gas Industry for at least 8 years, especially in field operation. Must has strong analytical in setting design/lay-out in utilize Oil & Gas machinery in field operation. Must experience in preparing budget, work process, system procedure in drilling and exploration stage. Preferred language(s): English. Must willing to work in various location projects. Roles: To Lead and perform machinery surveillance, trouble shooting on machinery and reliability engineering to improve the equipment reliability. To Review and perform engineering studies contributing to the design and selection of machinery application and economic consideration to project material list. To Review operating and maintenance problems and propose for engineering recommendations. To Support the maintenance department in performing condition monitoring program.
