- GENERAL MANAGER -
MARKETING

Main Job Responsibilities:

Develop Branches and Agencies
Motivate Marketing Team
Achieve and maintain very high production targets
Report to Marketing Director

Personal Requirements:

Male, 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration.
A3IK is preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing General Insurance at Managerial level
Experience in Automotive Insurance is preferred
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong leadership, marketing skills and good networking in the insurance industry
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player and high enthusiasm in pursuing the insurance business


Salary: About Rp. 15,000,000,- / month (net) ++
Depending on Experience
